Job Responsibilities
  • Meets and exceeds assigned revenue goals
  • Identify business opportunities by researching, analyzing qualifying leads, evaluating customer position in the industry
  • Provide appropriate selling techniques to B2C and B2B customers, including solution-based selling
  • Contact potential customers in various industries, such as Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, Logistics & Solutions industries to sell PPE products.
  • Maintain customer relationships via strong listening skills, providing account support, issues resolution, follow-up, proactive information distribution
  • Determine up-sell opportunities as part of the consultative selling approach
  • Gather, analyze, and deliver information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products
  • Ensure the selling cycle is efficiently managed, including order submission, invoicing, and timely delivery
  • Learn and maintain product knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal departments
  • Achieve highest customer satisfaction by addressing questions in a timely manner
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time, organize work
  • Complete and maintain required reports, such as sales activity, order tracking, expense reports, and other reports as assigned
  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Have an existing Book of Business (BOB)
  • Ability to travel extensively within an assigned territory, including a valid drivers license, insurance, and clean driving record
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to overcome customer objections
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft and Google products is a plus
  • Access to a laptop, high-speed internet for live concierge chat support

Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of successful high-volume sales
  • Knowledge of healthcare products

  • Monday to Friday
  • Some weekends

Prederred skills / Qualifications
  • Sales: 2 years

  • High School Diploma is required
